Corey McCorkle

Corey McCorkle’s artworks engage with the cryptic and fantastical aspects of nature, philosophy, and craft. McCorkle uses photography and film to document modern ruins, alternative communities, and magical beliefs, while also making his own enigmatic objects and spatial interventions.

Solo exhibitions of his work have been held at Frac Île-de-France in Paris, Kunsthalle Bern, and Kunstverein Bonn. He has been featured in group exhibitions at institutions such as The Kitchen in New York, P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center in New York, and Kunstwerke Institute for Contemporary Art in Berlin.
