Dave Heath

Dave Heath has been making photographs for 60 years—inspired by the work of Alfred Stieglitz, Walker Evans, and Robert Frank. He captured images of everyday life in the 1950s and '60s in New York City, Korea, and Philadelphia. Born in 1931, Heath has enjoyed critical acclaim of his photography—his work is included in the National Galleries of Canada and the United States, the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Art Institute of Chicago.
