Katie Paterson

Katie Paterson lives and works in London, where she graduated with an MFA from the Slade School of Fine Art. Among her sound installations and editions, which reference the conceptual art practices of such artists as John Cage and Christian Marclay, is a live phone line connected to an Icelandic glacier, from which listeners can hear the sound of the melting ice.
