The week got off to an interesting start on Monday evening with an invitation to traipse the grounds of the now-closed Getty gas station in Chelsea, which real-estate developer Michael Shvo and art dealer Paul Kasmin have temporarily transformed into a grassy sheep farm populated by the concrete sculptures of Francois-Xavier Lalanne. The fun continued on Tuesday night with a celebration of Galerie Perrotin's opening in New York, which took the form of an art carnival featuring booths by KAWS, JR, Damien Hirst, Takashi Murakami, Daniel Arsham, and more. We also stopped by an opening at the Austrian Cultural Forum and set up station at EXPO CHICAGO.
