Lesley Heller Workspace highlights the work of emerging and underrepresented, mid and late career artists through a program of concurrent solo and curated exhibitions in two separate spaces within the gallery. The gallery acts as a forum for exploring the fundamental ideas, issues, and concerns in contemporary art and as a launching point for these artists and their ideas. It seeks to create a vibrant cross-generational dialogue about art and culture among collectors, curators, artists, and critics. To facilitate the exploration of these ideas and to further engage the art-viewing public, the gallery hosts public openings, artist talks, poetry readings, and other events.
