About Other Criteria

Other Criteria is an arts-based publishing company, founded and directed by Damien Hirst. Currently running two galleries in London, Other Criteria has established itself as a company uniquely placed to collaborate with a myriad of artists, creating an array of artworks of the highest quality.

Working directly with Damien Hirst and a number of established and emerging artists, Other Criteria produces unique artworks as well as limited edition prints, photographs, sculptural works, and jewelry. Publishing award-winning books to correlate with many artworks, Other Criteria strives for a tangible, everlasting presence with each artist it collaborates with.

Other Criteria places an onus on creating art for all. Damien Hirst has said of the company: "Other Criteria makes objects and books created by artists to an exceptional standard.
