Anna Grun

Anna Grun’s gritty, industrial style is inspired by her native New York, a place where she has been both raised and educated. Best known for her mixed media work, Anna’s art demonstrates a wide emotional range, capturing both the beauty and the intensity of human expression. Disarming at times and disquieting at others, she produces imagery that begs to be seen, moments that feel lived and a view of the world uniquely her own.

Most recently, Anna’s work has been featured in 100 Pieces, an LA based auction benefiting Safe Place for Youth (S.P.Y.), a local, grassroots non-profit. In 2017, she was showcased alongside such artists as Shepard Fairey and Swoon in Art For Tibet, an annual charity auction supporting the Free Tibet movement.
