Chinese artist Leng Bing-chuan lives in Spain, making works that often borrow from traditional Chinese techniques. He has produced uniquely colored paintings from tea and Chinese ink, a medium used during the Song Dynasty. He is also known for dramatic black-and-white prints made from engravings. These works often feature nude women positioned in sensual poses in front of complexly rendered landscapes, cityscapes, or interiors.
He has had solo exhibitions at insittutions such as Shanghai Art Museum, Today Art Museum in Beijing, and Olimpic Art Centre of Barcelona.
