Ryan McIntosh

Ryan McIntosh is a contemporary artist currently residing in Los Angeles, CA. He is also the founder and master-printer of Miscellaneous Press. Says the artist of his practice, "if art is not directed towards being social, it can become purely self-indulgent. It becomes simply about the joy of creating. Artists that don't create to communicate are creating for their own gratification and to sit back and say "Wow! Look at what I have done! I'm a pretty clever fellow."
