Basile Ghosn

Basile Ghosn (Paris, 1991) lives and works in Marseille. Ghosn graduated from Villa Arson, where his research focused mainly on printed images. In 2018, he won the Tourre Sanchis Architecture young creation grant, awarded at Drawingroom18, a contemporary drawing fair organized at La Panacée, Montpellier. The same year, he was also a finalist of the Startpoint Prize, awarded to the merit of young graduates of European art schools. His work was exhibited at La Panacée, Center of Contemporary Art (Montpellier), at the Friche Belle de Mai (Marseille), at the Cité Radieuse - Le Corbusier (Marseille), as well as at Material Art Fair (Mexico) and the Beirut Art Center (Beirut).


Ghosn co-founded, alongside artist Won Jin Choi, Belsunce Projects, an artist-run space based in Marseille.
