Camila Farina

Camila Farina uses printmaking techniques - primarily lithography and typography - to make images on paper and non-traditional materials. Her images include abstraction, figuration, text, and occasionally, cartoons. In a technological age where branded images and advertisements are ubiquitous, Farina hopes to provide alternative images that are enigmatic and sensitive.

Based in Paris, Farina has exhibited in several exhibitions in Mexico, including Material Art Fair, and Casa Imelda. She has participated in residencies at Casa Imelda in Mexico City, Artopie-Bourse Balkenhol in Meisenthal, France, Proyecto Ace in Buenos Aires, and Bleu Fixe in Pone Leccia.
