    About The Work

This limited edition ink on Rives paper work was produced by South Korean artist Do Ho Suh in conjunction with his installation project Fallen Star in 2012 at the Stuart Collection. The large-scale project features a small wooden house protruding from the roof garden of the Jacobs Hall of Engineering, which appears to have landed there in the vein of Dorothy in Oz. This fantastical, architecturally inspired drawing captures the essence of Fallen Star, visually binding the human figure and structure in their unknown fate.
