Marina Adams

Marina Adams is a painter based in New York City; Bridgehampton, Long Island, and Parma, Italy. She received her BFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, and her MFA from Columbia University, New York, NY. Her work has been included in numerous solo and group exhibitions in the United States and Italy, including Roebling Hall, Brooklyn, NY; Exit Art, New York, NY; Art in General, New York, NY; Arte Architectura Moderna, Rome, Italy and Sala Uno Galleria, Rome, Italy. She is an Assistant Professor of Art at the Borough of Manhattan Community College. She is a 2016 recipient of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Fellowship and received the 2018 Award of Merit Medal for Painting from the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
