Nathlie Provosty

Nathlie Provosty is a recipient of an American Academy of Arts and Letters Purchase Prize, (2012, Baltimore Museum of Art), a Marie Walsh Sharpe Space Program studio residency, and a Fulbright Fellowship in painting (India, 2004-5.) Provosty has had one-person exhibitions at Jablonka Maruani Mercier Project Space in Knokke, Gallery Diet in Miami, Florida and 1:1 in New York. She has been included in group shows at Kate Werble Gallery, New York, Inside Out Museum, Beijing, the American Academy of Arts and Letters, New York, Stefan Lundgren, Mallorca, and Middlemarch, Brussels, among others. In 2013 she created the album artwork for the musician Bryce Dessner (independent composer and songwriter/guitarist for The National) on his debut solo album Aheym with the Kronos Quartet. Her first image/poetry collaboration The Color Mill, with the legendary New York School poet Robert Kelly, was published by Spuyten Duyvil in November 2014.
