Ben Eine

British street artist Ben Eine is best known for his colorful letterform paintings. Eine is celebrated for his printing techniques and stenciled aerosol works. In 2010, British Prime Minister David Cameron presented President Barack Obama with Eine’s painting Twenty First Century City. In the same year, Eine painted a complete alphabet on Middlesex Street in East London. Through several collaborations with Banksy, Eine transitioned from his roots in graffiti to creating large-scale public commissions. His art adorns the streets of London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Mexico City.

Eine’s work has been exhibited internationally at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, White Walls, San Francisco, Goss-Michael Foundation, Dallas, and Von Der Heydt Museum, Germany.
