Dagmar Zaragoza

Dagmar Zaragoza is of Mexican-German descent born in the United States. Her love story with one-of-a-kind vintage textiles began at a young age from traveling the world alongside her parents. Dagmar collects rare stoles that have historical importance and were used by the indigenous population as sacred drapes for their altars and religious figures.

She works closely with her artisan to create a unique design that incorporates kaolin ceramic, hand-sewn one bead at a time. Every unique detail of each handmade piece is imbued with love and the honoring of her mother. The intention is to transmit to the wearer a feeling of devotion, a connection with deep love and purity — just as a mother’s love.
