Julian LaVerdiere is an artist and production designer living and working in New York City. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums including Deitch Projects, Lehmann Maupin Gallery, MOCA Miami, MOCA Cleveland, PSI/MOMA, the United Nations, and the Library of Congress.

Paul Myoda's sculptures, drawings, and videos have been shown in more than 50 national and international exhibitions. From 1990—1996 he was based in New York City, where he co-founded an art production company, Big Room, and served as adjunct professor at the City College of New York. He has written for art publications including Art in America, Flash Art, and Frieze. Since 2006 he has been based in Rhode Island, where he is an assistant professor teaching sculpture and new media in the Visual Art Department at Brown University. His series of interactive sculptures, Glittering Machines, was exhibited at the Dorsch Gallery in Miami in 2011.

In September 2001, LaVerdiere and Myoda collaborated, along with a team of architects and public art organizations including Creative Time and the Municipal Arts Society, to create Tribute in Light, a light memorial for the victims of the World Trade Center collapse.
