Gary Paller

Combining organic shapes with balanced colors, Gary Paller creates layered abstractions with an undeniable sense of movement and rhythm. Exploring notions of transparency and overlapping, he uncovers new geometric forms to produce compositions with an unassuming sense of complexity. Paller received his BFA and MFA degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), studying with noted artists William Brice, Lee Mullican, Ed Moses and Charles Garabedian. He has exhibited his work extensively throughout Europe and the United States over the last three decades and is included in numerous private and public collections. Gary lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.
