Paloma Castello has participated in several national and international group exhibitions such as The 2nd Hall of Justice at the Kennedy Chamber of Commerce in Bogotá, Fame & Fortune, an online auction co-curated by Paddle8 and The Art and Design Project, Casa de América in Madrid Spain, The Contemporary Art Museum of Bogotá and in The Young Artists Salon in Tokyo, Japan.
Her work focuses particularly on creating an auto-fictional narrative. She is interested in playing with memory and threading it to the present thus creating a parallel between reality and fiction, where she often includes herself using photography as a medium and uses the appropriation of objects by intervening them. Through her work, she strives to bring life to old images and antique objects creating new reinterpretations.
