Cassi Namoda, along with seven other leading international artists, were asked to create a print to celebrate Greenpeace's 50th anniversary. A third of the profits from the sale of each print will be donated to Greenpeace.

Ernesto finds potential on the other side (2022) is Cassi Namoda’s dreamlike contribution to the Greenpeace 50 Years campaign. Namoda’s figurative portraits explore the intricacies and intimacies of everyday life under the specter of post-colonialism: Her figures cry, embrace, wade into deep waters, and embark on winding paths. Whilst Namoda's landscapes resound with the features of equatorial life – blazing suns, palm trees – but they are mythic in their representation and pleasantly impeccable – mirroring the subjects that populate them.
