Jeronimo Elespe

Jerónimo Elespe (Madrid, 1973), studied in the United States, where he graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York, completing his studies with a master’s degree at Yale University. For more than twelve years he lived in New York, developing the beginning of his artistic career there. His American academic training has influenced the structuring of his thought, as well as his aesthetic and literary references. His work can be found, among others institutions, in the collections of the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid and the Centro de Arte Contemporáneo in Malaga.
