Photographer Jim Dow turns his lens to roadside signs, aging buildings, and interiors that feel locked in another era, depicting them in great detail using a large format 8” x 10” camera. He has stated that he hopes his audiences get a “sense that these things are as important as any other cultural markers that exist. The look of a taco truck, parked on an LA boulevard at night is as wonderful as the Gardens at Giverny.”
