    About The Work

Maya Hayuk explores the printing method created by the Riso Kagaku Corporation during the 80's. This way of printing achieved a huge success because it gave a cheap service creating duplicates over 50 and under 10.000 copies. The simple system gave the autonomy and control of the printing process that was perfect for designers and artists. It's inks based on vegetable soy oil are also a great ally of environmental sustainability. Today, this printing process is resufacing thanks to the recovery of the vintage, old and the commonly know as paper porn, the love for the touch and smell of paper, inks and stationery materials.
