    About The Work

Long interested in the intersection between gender and creativity, E. V. Day here evokes blueprints in an image of the Twin Towers, once an icon of finance and industry, in two clenched male fists. One tower has been made to look like a cell phone, a further commentary on business and progress. This portfolio was completed before September 11, 2001.
