About The Work
For this work, experimental photographer Walead Beshty followed Roy Stryker's method of editing and asked Wattis Institute director "Jens Hoffmann" to "kill" two of his photographs with large black circles. These two images of post offices in South Dakota and Florida highlight the economic disparity between the regions.
