Michel Campeau examines the evolving landscape and technical transformations of contemporary photography over the last four decades. His photographs, which often invoke a specific time and physical location in the past, focus on the disappearing or the outdated, exploring how changes to external environments alter the nature of progression and reflection. Winner of the Higashikawa International Photography Award in 1994, his works are included in the collections of numerous international museums.
