    About The Work

The knotted gun ”Non-Violence” was originally created by Swedish artist Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd as a memorial tribute to John Lennon after he was shot and killed in New York City in December 1980. The Non-Violence Project Foundation is a non-profit organization promoting peace and social change through education.

Henrik and Joel Lundqvist are twins and among the best hockey players in the world—Henrik is a star of the New York Rangers, and Joel is the captain of Tre Kronor. Together they have won the World Cup of Hockey. "We, Joel and Henrik hope we can spread the message of Non-Violence by participating in this campaign."
