    About The Work

A sense of melancholy and loss is imbued in the imagery of these new works, with the use of restrained, soft palettes and displaced forms. The abstract shapes suggest the subtlest of figurative representations but there is something unsettling about their disjointedness. Are they moving away from one another and is the ‘dark matter’ a solid form or near-black hole?
