    About The Work

This piece was a result of experimentation in Maria Lax's homeland, Finland. In minus ten degree conditions Maria and her assistant were setting off flares in a remote region in the North of the country. It doesn't belong to any of her series to date but is such a popular image and perfect as a gift or for a special place in the home. A larger size and a smaller size are also available.
