    About The Work

Stanley Greenberg’s eye is attuned to the bare bones of a building, as this inviting photograph (an edition of 50) invites the viewer into a normally inaccessible site: a high-rise tower in a state of mid-construction. What’s more, Greenberg’s exclusion of human figures is an effective strategy through which the design of this particular building is ultimately abstracted—here, beams, floor plans, and guardrails coalesce in a dizzying linear composition.
