Leonardo Hidalgo is a Miami-based neo-pop artist recognized for his portraits of famous faces. He melds photography, computer graphics, paint, and fabric to create a wide variety of individual art pieces. His main sources of inspiration are traveling, famous people who have changed the world, music, Japanese culture, photography, history, and the magic of everyday life and people. Characterized by eye popping vibrant color, as well as glitz and glamour, his works create the visual memory of our popular culture.

He has had solo exhibitions at MAAC Museum in Guayaquil and Galleria Ca'd'Oro in Rome. His work has been included in group exhibitions in Florida at Biscayne Art House in Miami, The Gallery Vault in Miami, and East Village Gallery in Coral Gables, among other venues.
